WHAT IS THE MANDATORY TECH AND DRESS REHEARSAL SCHEDULE?
Full technical rehearsals take place at the Main Auditorium - Students for the midday show will need to arrive for 11.45 and students in the late afternoon showing will need to be dropped off at 3.15.
This rehearsal time is crutial for your child/ our students so that they can practice on stage before performing in front of a LIVE audience! We would appriciate your support and understanding that we give this time to our students so that they can feel as confident as possible for their main show.
Please do be respectful as to why we ask parents/ carers to drop off early and come back a little later for the show, it is in the best interest of every child that they get this rehearsal run. We cannot allow parents in for this part.
WHAT DO STUDENTS NEEDS TO WHERE?
All students are to where there MF Dance t shirts, we do not expect parents/ carers to go out and buy costly show outfits. We do our best to keep the costs of the show down. However your child may require a small christmas prop, your instructor will let you know directly.
If you have a child in Elite then please where the Elite t shirts.
If your child is doing a solo/ duo and wants to wear a different outfit of their choice they can absolutely do so. They will be able to change in the toilets.

HOW AND WHEN ARE TICKETS DELIVERED TO FAMILIES?
Your confirmation email will have your tickets, we will also hand them out the week before and have your names on the guest list
WHAT TIME SHOULD PERFORMERS AND GUESTS ARRIVE ON SHOW DAY?
Students need to be signed in on the door, then left to do their rehearsal. Parents/ guests are to arrive 15 minutes before showtime is about to start.
ARE PERSONAL CAMERAS AND VIDEO RECORDING PERMITTED?
To preserve line of sight and eliminate flash distraction for our performing students, personal recording equipment is restricted in the auditorium. Every registered family receives full digital access to our multi-camera 4K broadcast recording within 72 hours following the final curtain.
TICKETS & TERMS
All Christmas Show tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please check the event date, time, venue and ticket quantities carefully before completing your booking.
Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend due to personal circumstances, illness, travel difficulties, late arrival or a participating student being unable to perform.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact MF Dance before the event so we can update the booking details.
If MF Dance cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed or materially changed, we will contact ticket holders with the available options and provide a refund where required by law.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
